Two international artists – one concept for Hebel_121 Basel, Switzerland

The site-specific installation by Olivier Mosset and Nicole Hassler for Hebel_121 in Basel, Switzerland, includes monochrome paintings, one mural, one AUBUSSON carpet, and a VINCENT motorcycle.

The installation is presenting a dialogue that explores the artist’s interest in materiality and surface as they relate to the history of the readymade, while also tracing the works relationship to monochrome and radical painting.
